Each order is handcrafted and custom-made for our customers. Please allow 5 days for your order to be processed.
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the the item at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will then assign store credit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non - refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
